Due to the custom nature of our services and the installation of materials on your property, returns are generally not applicable to completed projects. However, we stand behind our work and will address any legitimate concerns about workmanship or materials.
For uninstalled materials purchased directly from us, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

If you are returning items due to our error or defective materials, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than defects or errors on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
